Fiesta City, located on recently opened renovated Messila Beach (also Maseelah Beach) in Kuwait, is an exciting new entertainment and leisure destination launched recently by Kuwait’s Touristic Enterprises Company. Known as “The City of Wonders,” Fiesta City offers a vibrant, family-friendly urban oasis right on the shore, combining a variety of attractions, outdoor play areas, events, and entertainment activities in a beautifully designed beachfront environment. It aims to become one of Kuwait’s premier destinations for both residents and tourists seeking recreation by the sea.
Fiesta City at had its grand opening on Monday, December 1, 2025, organized by Kuwait’s Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC). The inauguration featured five themed zones including Light City with illuminated sculptures, Dinosaur World, children’s play areas, and an outdoor theater for shows, blending adventure and family entertainment.
Fiesta City is situated on the scenic Al Maseelah Beach, a coastal area that has been developed into a dynamic entertainment zone in Kuwait. This location gives visitors easy access to stunning sea views, a refreshing beach atmosphere, and a safe, lively setting for families and groups. The beach itself is well-maintained and known for its clean, sandy shores combined with modern infrastructure, making it ideal for hosting large-scale events and daily recreational activities.

Opening hours, Ticket Price and Booking
Fiesta City will be operational daily from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM through January 31, 2026.
Fiesta City charges an entry ticket price of 5KD per person, which grants access to all five zones including rides, games, Light City, and Dinosaur World activities. Children under 2 years old enter for free.
